Welcome to The Dulais Rock

The Dulais Rock was built in 1658 where its original use was as servant quarters for the old mill which is now the tourist attraction Aberdulais Falls. The building was then changed from serving quarters to a coach house where it was then associated with Oliver Cromwell.
The Dulais Rock has developed over the years from a coach house to a Pub restaurant. With 3 accommodation rooms, each named after 3 well known people, Oliver Cromwell, Joseph Mallord, William Turner and Alexander Cordell.
The Bar has seating for up to 40 people and offers a wide range of larger, ciders, bottle
beers, cask Ale, a unique wine menu and a full range of soft drinks.
The Dulais Rock also offers a 40 seater restaurant with an extensive menu offering a
wide range of food that caters for all tastes including a wide range of vegetarian meals.
We also have a chef specials board that supplements the main menu giving greater choice.
A lunch time specials board is also available daily between 12-5pm for £5.50 per dish.
We offer a pre order service for people who are on a short time schedule e.g. lunch breaks, or for those who have large parties.
The Dulais rock also offers a separate function room which is ideal for parties, meetings, conferences and club gatherings.
We also provide a buffet menu from £4.95 per head to £ 9.95 per head and a three course menu can be provided on request.
